There terms & conditions are subject to the customers rights applicable under the Trade Practices Act 1974 (as amended). Zoom Carwash Café (“Zoom”) will exercise all due care in carrying out any services. Zoom accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to motor vehicles, accessories, contents or for injury or death to any person and Zoom is excluded from liability in respect of all claims and demands however caused including by negligence on its part, its servants, sub-contractors or agents. All engine washing is carried out at the risk of the customer and the customer accepts full responsibility for any effect of any cleaning products on paint work, metal, wheels, vinyl, leather, upholstery, carpets or other parts of the vehicle. Zoom shall not be responsible for any damage caused.

If any customers vehicle is unable to be moved due to break down or the security system installed. Zoom reserves the right to take all reasonable steps to access or tow the vehicle at the customers’ expense and the customer shall not be entitled to make any claim against Zoom for any damage caused.
